Curriculum
In the Food Science and Technology study program, we revise the curriculum every four years to keep teaching up to date with developments in science and technology and the needs of graduate users by following the standards of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), SNDIKTIK, and PATPI (Indonesian Food Technology Experts Association).

BP FST Profile
In the Food Science and Technology Study Program, we apply the principles of biology, chemistry, and physics in studying the characteristics of agricultural products, post-harvest handling, processing, development, packaging, and distribution of food ingredients.
